Hi, I'm Michelle

I’VE BEEN A LEADER IN THE HEALTH AND FITNESS SPACE FOR OVER A DECADE.

Up until recently, I approached health with an all-or-nothing mindset. 

I wanted to feel good in my body and become the healthy woman I pretended to be, but instead of being life-giving, the habits I had accumulated felt more like damage control.

After years of striving, I finally surrendered my habits to God.

God showed me how to steward my health and habits in a sustainable way that gave me more energy, mental clarity and confidence in my body.

The habits God helped me to build allows me to be the example of health and faithfulness I have always desired to be. As a result, I have more time and energy to be present with my family, pour into ministries and walk in the purpose God has for me.

And you are part of that call.
